The Beginning

For the first post, I want to express of what I want to do with this blog. I have many ideas, hobbies, and passions that I want to share with the world. One of these ideas and passions is to become more independent on how we eat, what we eat, the products we use on our bodies and our homes. I've been very interested in a more natural, perhaps to the extent of traditional, ways of living. While I love modern conveniences, there is a part of me that is in love with my roots and want to embrace that. This blog is a way for me to explore, share and learn. I want to share my love of books and crafts while sharing my views of the world and thoughts on being a new mom. Every day shall be different and I am excited to see what road the blog leads me down.
